What are the shipping charges and shipping time?
We offer free shipping to addresses within United States (Except Puerto Rico) for any order made on our online store.
International orders require shipping fees, the shipping cost of your order may vary depending on your order.
When you place an order, the shipping cost will be reflected on the checkout page. The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and dependent on the number and type of products.
How long will delivery take?
Domestic orders within United States may take up to 3-7 working days to reach you. (*timeframe is just an estimate during non-peak period)
International orders can take between 5-15 working days or up to 4 weeks for delivery. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery can take up to 6 weeks.
Items are subject to customs clearance upon arrival in the destination country and may be held until duties and taxes are paid. Please contact your local Post Office for the necessary information to claim your package. As the importer/consignee, it is your responsibility to pay duties and taxes. We are not able to refund customs fees or additional charges that must be paid to have your package delivered.
Why isn't the tracking number showing any updates?
If the status of the parcel is not updated on the courier platform, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
A. Your order is in transit. It could be in transit from a country to another, or it could be on its way or already at the post office but the post office has not yet scanned/processed the package. Please allow a few days for your local post office to process your package. You may need to contact your local post office and provide your tracking number for further details.
B. Your order has arrived in your country and is currently undergoing customs clearance. The tracking system cannot provide any further updates until the package has been inspected and cleared by customs. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you how long this process may take, as it depends on the customs process in your country.
How long will you take to dispatch order?
Domestic and international orders may require up to 4 working/business days to process and ship. (estimated for non-peak periods). *Orders placed on Friday nights, Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.
Do you offer self-collection?
