2) Products received that do not match the purchased model

5) Non-delivery of the package
6) Empty package

Upon receiving the return, we will conduct an inspection to ensure it meets the refund criteria. If approved, we will process the refund and deposit it into your account within 3 business days, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5.Return Shipping Reimbursement Policy

1) If there are product defects, missing accessories, or incorrect deliveries, we will fully cover the shipping costs.
2) For any damages incurred during shipping, you will need to contact the shipping carrier for a claim. The claim amount will be reimbursed directly to you, and we will not provide a refund.
