1) Orders are processed within three (3) business days.

Failed Delivery & Return Policy
1) If a package fails to be delivered due to customer-related reasons (including but not limited to: recipient not available, refusal of delivery, incorrect address, or incomplete address), the package will be temporarily held at the local post office.
2) The customer must retrieve the package promptly. If the package remains unclaimed, it will be returned to us due to failed delivery. No refund will be issued in such cases.
3) If the customer wishes to have the package resent, a redelivery fee of $15 USD will apply.

Willbe Charged for Customs and Taxes?
Please note that any such fees, including local charges or additional taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. While we do our best to ensure a smooth shipping experience, certain aspects—such as customs processing and local delivery—are beyond our control and are managed by your country’s postal and customs authorities.
What Happens if My Order Gets Stuck or Lost In the Mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. lf an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost duringthe delivery process. We apologize! The postal service is out of our control.
However, in cases like this, because the packagesare insured, we wil send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible.

My Product was Lost in Transit. What Should I do?
If you feel that your package is lost or missing, please contact us at (info@pekarejue.com) as soon as possible. We will carry out a full investigation to determine the next steps.
Once we obtain all of the relevant information, it will take 1 to 3 business days to process.
If I No Longer Want the Item, but It is Being Shipped. What Should I do?
Once the product has been shipped, we cannot stop it. Please contact us (info@pekarejue.com) after you receive the product.
